The average delivery time for our parcels are 7-14 business days in total. We are a company that cares about the environment and wants to do our part to make the world a better place. When we reach our minimum order quantity, we will dispatch all orders at once. We hope you understand and are willing to help us make a difference. 

 

We have a processing time of 1-3 days to conduct a quality check and package your items before they are shipped.


After the quality check and packaging, your package will be sent with trackable delivery, with an estimated delivery time of 5-14 business days.


Products that include a separate battery or power bank require a safer shipping method, which may result in a longer delivery time of up to 10-20 business days.


Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your parcel online. Also check your junk mail folder as our emails can sometimes end up there. Please keep in mind that it can take a few working days for the track & trace system to become active. 


We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to fulfil your request, but please note that we cannot guarantee any changes after your order has been processed. 


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a refund or exchange.
